After the first individual tests, the team made its group debut at the starting line of the SEM RUN in Sant'Elpidio a Mare, the competitive 10 km race that marked the official debut of the team.
Starting from the local territory is a precise choice, a philosophy that has already guided the trail team and is now reflected on the road. Involving athletes from the Marche region and beyond, supporting local runners, and competing together in home races is the most honest way to demonstrate the reliability of our products in the field. New additions, same attitude
The Road Team was formed with the addition of Stefano Massimi and the versatility of Giorgio Lampa, an athlete capable of moving naturally both on trails and on asphalt. In recent weeks, the group has grown steadily, welcoming Francesco Chiaverini, Francesco Cacciatore, Nunzio Gabriele, Lorenzo Dell’Orefice and Riccardo Di Lizio. These athletes had already begun testing the materials in individual settings. For this local race, Massimi, Lampa, Gabriele and Dell’Orefice decided to participate together in the SEM RUN, for the first time as a true team.
The SEM RUN course was not the classic flat 10-kilometer race for constant pace. With its 250 meters of positive elevation gain, the route proved to be a hilly circuit, a continuous leg-breaking up and down that required excellent energy management.
The results on the field show that the direction is the right one: Stefano Massimi dominated the race, crossing the finish line in first position with 30:16. Behind him, Lorenzo Dell’Orefice secured a solid second place, completing an important one-two for the brand. Nunzio Gabriele also performed excellently, finishing in fourth place, while Giorgio Lampa, returning from an injury, confirmed his consistency by placing sixth overall.
Beyond the placings, the most important note of the day remains the visual and technical impact of the team. The Race footwear tackled the ups and downs of the Marche region, demonstrating that our idea of running is no longer just a project, but a concrete reality that runs fast.
The evolution on the road: Race 01 and Race 03
This 2026 marks Fessura's official entry into the road segment through two precise technical models: the Race 01, designed with a carbon plate for maximum responsiveness, and the Race 03, equipped with a nylon plate for an optimal balance between propulsion and comfort.
