In Italy, returns are free. However, only one return/exchange can be made free of charge per order. Any additional exchanges after the first will be at the customer's expense.

For orders from abroad, return shipping will be paid by the customer. This fee will be deducted from the refund in the case of a return, or requested in advance in the case of an exchange. Costs will be calculated based on current courier quotes and the customer's area of ​​residence, and communicated to the customer via email before initiating the return process.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller of their decision within this period. The products must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any damage suffered by the product may give rise to only a partial or no refund. The product can be tried and tested, but must not be used, damaged, or washed, otherwise a refund will be required. Fessura will accept returned goods, reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned according to the instructions described above. Only after inspection will the purchase amount be refunded. Returns will be processed within 3 business days. To return, please send an email to customercare@fessura.com specifying your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

To make an exchange: send an e-mail to customercare@fessura.com specifying your order number, the items you wish to exchange and the reason. Our team will forward return instructions within 24 hours.
Generally the merchandise exchange takes no more than one business week so in no time you will have the replacement item.
*The products included in the exchange request will be shipped to the original delivery address using express shipping by Fessura (24/48 hours).
