Shipping

We deliver all orders via DHL or GLS, which are processed within 24-48 business hours.

You will receive a tracking number and a link with which you can track your order at any time.
We also have active On Demand Delivery service: you will receive an alert at each step of your shipment and the expected delivery date.

In case you are registered on our website, you will be able to track your shipments directly from your personal account.

When placing your order, it is important to enter all required information.

We will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. When using PayPal we will only ship to confirmed addresses.

Shipping costs: free in Italy for orders above 49 €. For foreign countries, shipping costs depend on the shipping country and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery time: (working days) Italy in 24/48 hours, Europe and Extra Cee 2-3 days, Russia 15-20 days.

For countries outside the European Union, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are assessed once the package reaches your country. Fessura cannot predict the amount of these charges. Any additional costs will be your responsibility for the package to clear customs and be delivered.
