We ship all orders via DHL, which are processed within 24-48 business hours.

You will receive a DHL tracking number with which you can track your order at any time by visiting www.dhl.com.
We also have active On Demand Delivery Dhl service: you will receive an alert at each step of your shipment and the expected delivery date.

 

In case you are registered on our website, you will be able to track your shipments directly from your personal account.

When placing your order, it is important to enter all required information.

We will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. When using PayPal we will only ship to confirmed addresses. Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs: free in Italy for orders above 49 €. For foreign countries, shipping costs depend on the shipping country and will be calculated at checkout.
